Biography
Toon Van Der Veer – currently Vice-President of People (HR) and Transformation in Europe for AB InBev – the world’s biggest brewer. Toon have been working in the business for over 12 years across various functions moving from HR to IT, Shared Services and Sales. He has worked in various locations: Netherlands, Hungary, Tokyo and Belgium. He is currently leading the People function and driving the overall Transformation agenda.
Over the last few years, he has worked with his team to transform the people function to embrace data, remove biases by doing so and make more fact based decisions on all areas of the employee lifecycle.
