Biography
Stevan is a seasoned professional in public policy and public sector management with particular focus on strategic communications leadership for climate action, inclusive and just energy transition, social inclusion of marginalised groups and resilience.
Stevan has more than 20 years of professional experience at the highest levels of government, international development, business and civil society sectors in the EU and in candidate countries for EU membership in Southeast Europe and Turkey.
He holds the Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Master’s degree in Public Policy, both from the University of London.
