ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Digital Marketing Internship at Reshaping Work offers a dynamic and enriching opportunity for those passionate about digital marketing. Your responsibilities will primarily focus on website management and the strategizing and execution of Google Ads campaigns.
LIST OF TASKS
Website management
- Regular updates of Reshaping Work website content.
- Communication with the webmaster for more complex changes.
- SEO within existing pages, adapting wording and choice of keywords.
- Suggesting user-experience improvements.
- Preparation of reports tracking traffic within different webpages.
- Collaboration with the marketing team to keep the website consistent with promotion campaigns.
Google Ads
- Assist in setting up, managing, and optimising Google Ads campaigns to achieve specific marketing objectives.
- Keyword Research: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify relevant and effective keywords for the campaigns.
- Work with marketing and communications to create compelling ad copy and visuals. Run A/B tests to determine the most effective ads.
- Regularly analyse campaign performance using Google Ads and Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Keep track of industry trends and competitors’ advertising strategies to inform campaign adjustments.
- Understand and apply basic SEO principles to complement PPC efforts and improve overall search visibility.
- Prepare reports on campaign performance, including insights and suggestions for future strategies. Analyse customer behaviour to better target ads and improve user experience.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for creative campaign ideas and strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS
Educational Background: Actively enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, specialising in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline. This ensures the candidate has a solid academic foundation relevant to the role.
Digital Marketing Expertise: Demonstrates intermediate to advanced proficiency in SEO, content marketing strategies, and Google Ads management. This qualification is crucial for the role and ensures the intern can effectively contribute to these key areas.
Technical Skills: Proficient in managing WordPress websites, showcasing an ability to handle content updates, site optimization, and basic troubleshooting.
Analytical Prowess: Exhibits strong analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail, essential for analysing marketing data and deriving actionable insights.
Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration within the team and clear articulation of ideas and strategies.
