Internship Opportunity: Marketing and Communications Intern

Reshaping Work is an Amsterdam-based non-profit foundation that focuses on the future of work, with an emphasis on platform economy, AI’s impact on the workforce, and broader digitalization trends and their impact on the world of work. Our mission is to create a one-stop-shop where those interested in shaping the future of work can gain knowledge, forge new collaborations, and work on impactful solutions.

What You’ll Do:
As a Marketing and Communications Intern, you will play a key role in shaping our online presence. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing a monthly communications plan for our social media channels.
  • Managing and publishing content across our social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Bluesky, and X (Twitter), with tailored and engaging messaging.
  • Creating compelling visual content to enhance our messaging.
  • Handling administrative tasks to ensure a smooth workflow. 
  • Engaging with our followers and community to foster meaningful interactions.
  • Monitoring engagement and suggesting strategies to improve performance.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s student enrolled in a university in the EU, with a background in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and content strategy.
  • Experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar) is a plus.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Affinity with topics such as platform work, AI at work, talent economy is a plus.
