First of all, the Licensee, who is the director of the conference, should live in the city where the event is taking place. Besides the conference director, we recommend the team to consist of at least 2 academics/researchers/experts, who can create the program and select the speakers, and 2 people that would be responsible for logistics and the event organization.
What should be the method of communication within the organizing team?
You are free to choose any online program management tool that you prefer. For example, for Reshaping Work events we use Airtable, Zapier and the google drive.
The communication between you and Reshaping Work will be done through e-mail.
A conference website (city.reshapingwork.net) and email (firstname.lastname@example.org) are included in the fee for the Reshaping Work Regional Event license. Therefore after signing the agreement you will receive your login details to both.
