Biography
Bogdan Ionita is a PhD Candidate at the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest, as well as Assistant Professor at the same university, conducting seminars of social security law. Bogdan has over 12 year of experience as a business consultant, from which over 10 year on managing positions. Currently, Bogdan is managing partner of a leading business consulting company, specialized in human resources and related tax matters, having an extensive experience in this field.
Bogdan Ionita holds a Master in Employment Law, Labor and Industrial Relations awarded by Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest.
His research focuses on the impact of digitization in employment law as well as temporary agency work, especially in the context of transnational provisions of services.
