Albert Cañigueral is the Connector OuiShare for Spain and Latin America. He founded the blog ConsumoColaborativo in 2011 and since then has been considered one of the benchmarks of the collaborative economy in Spain. He works as a disseminator, teacher and consultant around the platform economy for both public and private sector organizations.
In recent years Albert has focused on exploring the impact of digital platforms in cities, on regulatory innovation and platform work more generally.
Albert is a co-author of two influential reports, “Challenges and possibilities of the collaborative economy in Latin America and the Caribbean” (Inter-American Development Bank, 2017) and “Keys to understand the economy of platforms in cities” (CIPPEC, 2018), among others.
He is also a member of the 100 of COTEC and an RSA Fellow.
