Biography
Anka has a passion for IT! Graduated in Robotics & AI algorithms in the Netherlands and has 30 years experience in Business transformation and Digital business development. After her career in IT consultancy, she joined Randstad and has supported this company’s transformation into a more digitized, global company which has significantly broadened its services portfolio over the years.
Anka is currently Managing Director of Randstad Digital Netherlands and she heads up the global Transformation Office of Randstad Digital. She is the executive responsible for driving growth and bringing the positioning of Randstad Digital to life, considering people, data, and organizational models in a cross-functional way, thus ensuring a seamless transformation across the organization.
