Biography
Dovev Lavie is a professor of strategic management at Bocconi University. He earned his PhD at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. His current research focuses on the design of prosocial digital platforms for addressing societal challenges per his book The Cooperative Economy (Routledge, 2023). He also studies value creation and capture in alliances and the balancing of exploration and exploitation. His work has been published in outlets such as the Administrative Science Quarterly, Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Strategic Management Journal and Organization Science.
