Biography
Inva Koçiaj Çela is a lecturer at the Faculty of Law, University of Tirana, Albania, and a Ph.D. candidate specializing in digital labor platforms and labor law. She holds a Master of Science in Law and is a licensed attorney. Her academic work focuses on regulating non-standard forms of employment, the impact of algorithmic management on labor relations, and protecting workers’ rights in the digital economy. Inva has presented her research at numerous international conferences and has published on topics such as the EU Directive on Platform Work, social protection, and collective labor rights. She has also served as a legal expert in various national and international projects related to labor standards, mediation, and human rights education.
