Biography
Isidora holds a BSc in International Economics and Management and an MSc in Marketing Management from Bocconi University. She built her professional experience at one of Europe’s leading congress centres and part of Delta Holding, the largest company in Serbia, where she was involved in organising major international congresses and large-scale events. Through this work, she has developed strong expertise in managing complex operations, coordinating diverse stakeholders, and delivering high-level international conferences.
As Executive Director of Reshaping Work, Isidora brings a strong network across business, associations and organisations, along with extensive experience in event management and organisational leadership. Deeply committed to continuing Jovana’s legacy, she is dedicated to translating the vision of Reshaping Work into tangible impact by fostering collaboration, strengthening partnerships, and advancing initiatives that shape the future of work.
