Biography
Jana Retkowsky is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the KIN research group, Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Her research focuses on new ways of working and organizing. For example, she conducted an ethnographic study on the gig economy. Her most recent ethnographic work explores generative AI in the creative industry. As part of her PhD research, Jana also actively contributed to impactful initiatives. For more information, visit www.dlf-lab.nl. In 2018, she earned a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Her bachelor focused on business and law at the University of Mannheim.”
