Laurens Waling is a visionary and expert in reshaping work. As the Chief Evangelist at 8vance, he spearheads the advancement of a pioneering AI-powered Talent Mobility Platform. This platform is designed to find the ideal match for each job, analyzing factors like skills, personality, and ambition. Laurens is recognized for his expertise in leveraging AI to revolutionize workplace organization. He offers strategic guidance to large corporations, healthcare organizations, educational institutions, and governmental bodies on innovation, HR, and organizational challenges. Before his role at 8vance, Laurens founded Part-up, a job-carving platform that served as a cooperative marketplace for projects, tasks, and roles developed by freelancers. He successfully sold the company in 2021. Laurens holds a degree in Technology, Policy, and Management from Delft University of Technology and began his career advising on self-organizing teams and decentralized organizations.
