Biography
Mila is a first-year Master’s student in Management of Human Resources at the University of Milan. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Cattolica University in Milan. Passionate about the intersection of psychology and HR, she is dedicated to understanding human behavior in professional settings and building a career in Human Resources.
By the age of 21, Mila had already lived and studied in three different countries, an experience that shaped her adaptability and global perspective. She has actively contributed to various student organizations, taking on roles in HR teams, international journal and review teams, and social media teams.
In her free time, Mila enjoys traveling and has a deep appreciation for movies, art, and books.
