Biography
Pierrette is a researcher in Management Sciences who investigates how organizations adapt to digital transformation, focusing on algorithmic management and workplace evolution. She holds a PhD from IAE Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, where she explored learning processes in trade unions responding to algorithmic management. Currently a Postdoctoral Researcher in AI at ESSCA School of Management, Pierrette works on the European EUonAIR project.
She has authored publications on AI’s impact on work and regularly contributes to policy forums with French and European institutions, including ANACT and the European Economic and Social Committee. Pierrette is also a member of research networks focused on work transformation.
Passionate about fostering a much-needed dialogue between stakeholders, Pierrette is particularly interested in how organizations can evolve as learning entities to better navigate and shape an AI-driven future of work.
