Biography
As the Global Head for Corporate Technology within ING, I lead the integration and implementation of emerging technologies including Artificial Intelligence (AI) to reshape the future of work. My focus is on developing globally standardized tech solutions that enhance employee experiences and foster innovation across our organization. With a strong emphasis on AI, I am driving efforts to create collaborative environments where AI and human ingenuity converge, transforming work processes and setting new standards for value creation.
Before joining ING, I held leadership roles at Atos Group as a Client Executive Partner, management consulting roles at Capgemini, and co-chaired a global NGO, focusing on gender equality in business and society. I also founded The Leadership Alliance, focusing on leadership development and digital transformation, and founded The Cycling Academy, a center for data driven coaching. My educational background includes an Bachelor’s in Computer Science, a Master’s degree in Executive Coaching from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, as well as executive programs at INSEAD, Yale University and the University of Michigan. This diverse experience equips me with a unique perspective on the intersection of technology, leadership, and the future of work.
