Biography
Stefan is Professor of Information Systems at the University of Cologne. He studies how artificial intelligence (AI) and other emerging technologies are implicated in organizational and societal change. He focuses in particular on policy and regulatory challenges, as well as the sustainable and responsible design and governance of these technologies. Stefan’s work has been published in leading journals, including MIS Quarterly, Information Systems Research, Journal of Management Information Systems, Journal of the Association for Information Systems, and several others. He is a Senior Editor for MIS Quarterly.
