Biography
Veronika is a PhD candidate at Erasmus University Rotterdam, where she is involved in the SEISMEC project. This Horizon Europe initiative is dedicated to piloting the shift to a more human-centric industry. Her research focuses on employee participation, workplace change and technology adoption processes. With a strong interest in skills development, she examines how reskilling and upskilling initiatives can empower workers to adapt to ever-changing job demands. Focused on the future of work, she also studies how inclusive and participatory approaches can help organisations and employees adapt to technological and structural changes. Through her research, she aims to provide practical insights to enhance practices towards more human-centric, resilient, and sustainable digital transitions.
