Biography
Victor Figueroa is the Future of Work Policy Adviser at the International Transport Workers’ Federation (ITF). He develops analysis and policy advice on technological trends and the impacts of technological developments, such as Artificial Intelligence and platform work, on transport workers and trade unions. He sits on the DIGIT advisory board and the Global Deal focus group on AI. He has also worked with the OECD AI Policy Observatory, and has written and presented on tech issues in many trade unions and other forums, including RightsCon, UITP, the WTO, and the Global Labour University.
