Biography
In her role as Managing Director, Michelle van Os is responsible for Helpling in The Netherlands. Since the introduction of the online cleaning platform she has been involved in the development of the platform in both The Netherlands and Germany. Before Michelle was appointed Managing Director in October 2017, she was in charge of the operations team. As a result she is an expert at managing teams and continuously recognizes opportunities to improve the usability of the Helpling platform for both clients as cleaners. She is passionate about managing a team of young professionals and is a firm believer in bringing together young talent. Michelle has a Master’s degree in Business Administration and has studied in Groningen and Zaragoza.
