Biography
Nevena Kostic is lawyer focused on business and human rights and corporate sustainability
issues, looking for ways to address them in innovative ways. With a strong focus on human
rights due diligence, risk assessments and ethical issues she worked on policy development
and engagement of diverse stakeholders in the uptake of responsible business standards
including UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, the OECD Guidelines on
Multinational Enterprises and UN Sustainable Development Goals.
Nevena holds Maters in International Business Law from Queen’s University in Belfast where
she researched human rights due diligence as a means of imposing accountability.
